Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policies below:

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item once you receive it, subject to our Returns policy above.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
